Nexus S overclocked to 1.2 GHz
It was contrary to the expectation of the people who thought that Google Nexus S will be having a dual core processor which actually did not happened. The Nexus S has a humming bird processor which is 1 GHz silicon-on-chip and this is the same processor which is used in different variants of Galaxy S. Recently a member of XDA forum, morfic has released a new kernel termed as Trinity for this Nexus S which increases the power of processor to 1.2 GHz.

This new kernel is still under progressive developing phases and although the battery life is improved but the Bluetooth does not function and this kernel is only compatible with Bionix NS1 custom ROM for the Nexus S.
