Samsung has recently launched its next generation wave Smartphone, the Samsung Wave II.

The features of the Smartphone include:
  • It runs on the company's very own Bada Operating System
  • It has a 3.7 inch LCD screen with a resolution of 800*480 pixels that offers ultra high clarity
  • It is powered by a 1 GHz processor that offers multi tasking on the go. Multiple applications can run at the same time without any delay. It also provides superior 3D graphic performance.
  • It is equipped with the t9 Trace input method. Instead of entering text in the conventional way swiping the fingers in a continuous motion would be sufficient as the phone is designed to figure out the word being entered.
  • It has an inbuilt HD video player that is compatible with files of different types.
  • It has a camera of 5 MP with flash LED; this can be used to capture pictures that can last a lifetime.
  • It has an internal memory of 2GB extendable up to 32GB.
  • It also has the usual features of a Smartphone such as Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, 3G connectivity etc.
  • Short movies can be made with the images and videos that have been saved on the phone. Text and background music of the user's choice can be added to these short movies.
  • It is currently available in three colors grey, pink and silver and is priced around $680.
