The Nokia lease increases the mobile advertising firm’s presence in the building to 29,018 square feet. Enpocket, which Nokia acquired in September of 2007, already occupied 9,581 square feet. Nokia will move into the building, owned by Capital Properties, in November.
The Park Square Building, located at 31 St. James Ave. in the Back Bay, is a 11-story, 500,000-square-foot property which was renovated in 1991.
Nokia was represented in the lease transaction by GVA Williams and Capital Properties was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
