The company has a Total Equipment Recovery Plan to safeguard the interest of its mobile phone users in the event of loss or theft of their handsets. The plan aims at searching and getting back the mobile phone apart from protecting the valuable data like bank account number, credit card number, passwords, etc., Mobile Recovery app is free and is part of the Total Equipment Recovery plan.
